Airport Pick-Up Procedures

Notice: New pick-up procedures effective August 18th, 2008 at Logan Airport

The proper procedure is as follows:

1.     Traveler(s) should leave baggage claim and proceed to the designated limousine stand located at all terminals. Please see below.

2.     Our Vehicles will be in the designated limousine area

3.     If for any reason the traveler cannot locate our vehicle or the designated limousine stand he/she should call 508-633-5045.

Manchester Airport

Exit the terminal then proceed to crosswalk. Crossover to the second island. The vehicle and chauffeur will be waiting at the curb.

Logan Airport

Terminal "A" Continental & All Delta flights except International
Exit terminal on lower level - go to designated limousine lot.

Terminal "B1" Air Canada, US Air and US Air Shuttle
Collect all baggage. Make sure everyone your party is ready to go. Exit the terminal on the upper (departure) level. Call 800-709-3500 and press 2 for Fleet Control. Advise the Fleet Controller that you (and party) are at the terminal and are ready to be picked up. Then you are to wait curbside near the yellow pillars that read "limo" The vehicle will then be dispatched from the limo pool.

Terminal "B2" All American flights and Alaska Air/ except International
Collect all baggage. Make sure everyone in your party is ready to go. Exit the terminal on the upper (departure) level. Call 800-709-3500 and press 2 for Fleet Control. Advise the Fleet Controller that you (and party) are at the terminal and are ready to be picked up. Then you are to wait curbside near the yellow pillars that read "limo" The vehicle will then be dispatched from the limo pool.

Terminal "C" Jet Blue, United, Cape Air, Midwest and AirTran
Collect all baggage. Make sure everyone in party is together. Exit the terminal on the upper (departure) level. Proceed to the outermost curb area. Call 800-709-3500 and press 2 for Fleet Control. Advise the Fleet Controller that you (and party) are at the terminal and are ready to be picked up.

Terminal "E" Northwest and all international arrivals.
Exit the terminal at door number three (3). Cross the roadways to the designated limousine parking area.
